(1) If any candidate included in the published results of the written or practical examination submits a request to be interviewed before the scheduled date for the interview, stating the reason, and if the conduct of the application appears to be reasonable, the Commission may arrange for an interview in advance for such person.
(2) If a candidate is unable to appear for the interview on the date and time fixed by the Commission under the following circumstances, with proof of the same, within fifteen days of the date fixed for the interview, and within seven days in the case of other circumstances, the Commission shall arrange for an exempt interview if it deems the application reasonable. Can: –
(a) In case of force majeure,
(b) If unable to attend on account of Government work,
(c) If Kiriya has to stay,
(d) In case of delivery,
(e) In case of sudden illness so as to not be able to attend the interview.
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rules (1) and (2), candidates who are absent from the practical examination or group discussion or any other examination prior to the interview shall not be included in the interview.
(4) Candidates who will be included in the advance and discount interview must submit the fee as determined by the commission.
